Coop Norrbotten continues to invest heavily in Luleå to create the region's premier shopping destination. At Stora Coop Storheden, we operate not only grocery retail but also a bakery and a restaurant. Additionally, we offer online shopping for Luleå and neighboring municipalities, making Stora Coop Storheden the largest online unit in grocery retail in Norrbotten.

We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, and passionate about providing our customers with the best service in the industry. Customers in our stores should be greeted by friendly staff, good products at fair prices, food inspiration, and interesting events.

As a sales leader, you are the face of the store and professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. You are responsible for sales and service within your area of responsibility, which is the bakery/confectionery. The most central part of the role is to lead and coach the sales staff in their daily work so that all parts of the store present an attractive impression to customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the sales work within the area of responsibility
• Creating an inspiring sales environment in the store
• Ensuring daily operations – staffing, product supply, pricing, etc.
• Monitoring the development of sales, budget, and margins
• Initiating, leading, and driving various initiatives to improve profitability and results
• Actively working with physical destruction and waste
• Managing ongoing personnel work such as work distribution, skills development, onboarding of new employees, adherence to routines and regulations, etc.
• Actively contributing to the adherence of Coop's sustainability policy
